We collect minimal personal data through this website:
- Newsletter subscription: If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. This is processed through Mailchimp (The Rocket Science Group LLC), which acts as our data processor.
- Website analytics: We may collect anonymised usage data such as page views, browser type, and approximate location through Cloudflare's built-in analytics. This data does not personally identify you.
3. Why We Collect Your Data (Legal Basis)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we process your data based on:
- Consent (Article 6(1)(a)): When you voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter, you consent to us processing your email address for the purpose of sending project updates.
- Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)): For basic website analytics to understand how our site is used and to improve it.
